At FeelinGirl®, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your shapewear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure products are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygiene seal is intact and all FeelinGirl® tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
